John Garcia started his career in the city of Los Angeles, working the neighborhoods of Southern California one family at a time. His early years were spent helping first-time homebuyers, many of them young families who had been told by other lenders that homeownership wasn’t possible for them yet. John made it possible. Hundreds of families later, that same drive hasn’t changed.
Today, John is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with Kasa Lending, serving clients across the entire state of California. His practice has grown from first-time buyers to luxury home financing and multi-million dollar transactions. He works with high-net-worth clients, seasoned investors building multi-property portfolios and discerning buyers seeking premium properties across California’s most competitive markets. The approach remains the same: treat every deal like it’s the most important one on the desk.
His expertise spans the full spectrum of mortgage structures: FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA, Jumbo and Non-QM programs designed for complex borrower scenarios that require more flexible and creative loan structuring. Where other originators see obstacles, John sees opportunities.
